How customers use BrandVistaar

1. Sign in and set up a workspace. Create an account with your email and password, confirm your email, and enter your business information. Existing customers can also use an email sign-in link.
2. Connect social accounts. Open Connections and authorize BrandVistaar through Meta using the Facebook account that manages your Page. Choose which business assets to share and select a Page in BrandVistaar.
3. Review your post. In Campaigns → Publish & schedule, write your content, provide a public JPEG image URL when required, and choose Facebook, Instagram, or both.
4. Confirm publication. Explicitly confirm publishing or scheduling, then check the separate delivery statuses in your queue.

You need appropriate access to the Facebook Page. Our current Instagram connection requires a Business or Creator account linked to that Page. Customers do not create developer apps or share social passwords with BrandVistaar.

Customer connections are currently subject to Meta approval. BrandVistaar's public customer access is undergoing verification and app review. Connection availability depends on Meta's approval and the permissions granted to the app and your accounts.

Authorized access and your choices

We use authorized Page and Instagram account identifiers and names to display destinations, and access tokens to publish the posts you submit. Stored social tokens are encrypted. You can disconnect in Connections to remove stored credentials and cancel waiting jobs. Disconnecting does not delete already published posts; manage those on Facebook or Instagram.

BrandVistaar currently does not provide video/Reels publishing, direct file uploads, social inbox management, advertising management or audience analytics. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Facebook and Instagram scheduling questions

Can I schedule the same post for Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. Choose both destinations, add a shared caption and a public HTTPS JPEG image URL, and select a future publishing time. BrandVistaar tracks delivery separately for each platform. Scheduled times are targets; platform processing may delay delivery.

Which Instagram accounts can connect?

The current connection supports Instagram Business and Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page you manage. You authorize access through Meta, and public customer connections remain subject to Meta approval.

Do I need to share my social account password?

No. Account authorization happens through Meta. BrandVistaar uses the access you grant to publish posts you explicitly submit. You can disconnect accounts in your workspace.
