Privacy Policy

BrandVistaar is a marketing workspace operated by AUTOMATIONDESIRE SOLUTIONS, trading as Automation Desire. This policy explains how we handle information when you use BrandVistaar, connect social accounts, and submit posts. For privacy questions or requests, contact automationdesire@outlook.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your sign-in email, account identifier and authentication/session information.
• Workspace information: business name, industry, marketing goals, descriptions, campaign drafts, and contact records you enter, including names, emails, sources and consent indicators.
• Connected social accounts: authorized Facebook Page identifiers and names, linked Instagram professional-account identifiers and usernames, your selected destination, and access tokens required to perform authorized actions.
• Publishing information: captions, image URLs, selected destinations, scheduled times, job status, processing attempts, provider post/container identifiers and safe error diagnostics.
• Technical information: hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser/request information and operational logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service.

We do not ask you to enter your Facebook or Instagram password in BrandVistaar. Social authorization takes place on Meta's services. We do not currently provide inbox access, social audience profiling, or advertising analytics.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, save your workspace, display authorized accounts, publish or schedule posts you explicitly submit, show delivery results, respond to support and privacy requests, and maintain service security. A draft is not published merely because you save it. Selecting both platforms creates a separate publishing job for each.

We use information received from Meta only to provide the social-account features you authorize. We do not sell personal information, use Meta data for unrelated advertising, or use customer workspace or Meta data to train AI models.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for hosting and backend processing, and Supabase for authentication and database storage. These providers process information needed to operate the service. Meta receives captions, media URLs, identifiers and authorization information needed to fulfill your publishing requests. Your image host receives requests when Meta retrieves an image.

When you publish, your content becomes visible according to the destination platform's settings and policies. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or secure the service. We do not share your workspace with other customers as part of normal operation.

Browser storage

BrandVistaar uses browser storage for sign-in sessions and, when using local demo mode, local workspace data. The social authorization flow uses a short-lived security cookie to validate the connection request. We do not currently install advertising trackers in the application. Clearing browser storage removes local data and can sign you out; it does not delete cloud records.

Security and international processing

Connections use HTTPS. Stored social access tokens are encrypted, and workspace access is scoped to the signed-in owner. Backend credentials are not exposed in the customer interface. No system can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information outside your country; applicable protections and provider arrangements govern that processing.

Retention

We retain workspace and publishing records while your account is used, unless you remove records or request deletion. Social tokens are retained to support your connection until you disconnect or request their deletion. Disconnecting removes stored connection credentials and cancels waiting jobs; jobs already processing may complete. Disconnecting alone does not delete your workspace, publishing history, or posts on Meta.

After a verified deletion request, we delete the requested active service records unless retention is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute or security issue. Provider backups and operational logs may remain until their normal retention cycles expire. We cannot promise immediate removal from every backup.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can edit your workspace, delete campaign/contact records, cancel eligible waiting posts, and disconnect social accounts in Connections. You can also revoke BrandVistaar's access through Facebook Business Integrations. Published posts must currently be managed on Facebook or Instagram.

To request access, correction, export or deletion of account/workspace data or Meta-derived data, email automationdesire@outlook.com from your registered email. Tell us the request and, if relevant, the Page name or identifier. We may verify ownership before acting; never send passwords or access tokens. We will respond without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. Detailed instructions are on our data deletion page.

Information you upload about others

If you enter customer/contact information, you are responsible for having permission or another appropriate basis to use it and for providing any required notices. We process those records to provide your workspace. Do not enter sensitive personal information that the service does not need.

Children

BrandVistaar is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate notice.
